COWES CLASSIC - National Longhaul Saturday 28th August

The 50th Anniversary of the worlds most famous powerboat racing venue and we are part of this event! This will be a longhaul so get fit and ready to be a winner!! more news to follow

If you dont mind being in a youth hostel enviroment then UKSA has rooms but it is quite a walk to get to the Pits. There is availablity at £30/p/p/n You dont have to walk as there is a water taxi that will take you to the Yacht Haven for about £1.50 otherwise share a taxi then it only takes a few minutes.

For Cowes you need to book early as most of the accommodation will be holiday flats and houses within West Cowes and as this is the 50th aniversary there will be lots of other raceteams competing. The nearer to Cowes Yacht Haven the better as that is where the Pits are.

The ThunderCats will be racing Saturday but otherwise you can go over and see Vee & Gareth in the 'Team Voom Voom' raceboat (B110) also Milly and Charlie in 'Going Lean 2' (C17) racing on Friday 27th and Sunday 29th... lots happening and lots to see...
